Information you provide to us may include:

  • Contact and account information, such as your name, email address, player or account name, profile information, and credentials if you use a password-based account.
  • Communications and user-generated content, such as support requests, messages, chat content, feedback, and other content you choose to submit through the Service.
  • Age-verification status in markets where age verification is required. The Skullgirls Mobile app does not currently request or store age or date of birth during sign-in or account creation.
  • Information you provide to recover or secure an account, participate in a promotion, or otherwise use optional features of the Service.

Information We Collect Automatically

We may collect the following information automatically when you use the Service:

  • Account and game information, such as account identifiers, game progress, inventory, gameplay events, feature use, and interactions with other players.
  • Device and technical information, such as device type, operating system, app version, language, IP address, device identifiers, and advertising identifiers where permitted.
  • Usage information, such as sessions, interactions with the Service, advertising interactions, and feature usage.
  • Purchase and transaction information, such as purchase history, products purchased, and transaction identifiers. Payment-card information is generally processed by the applicable app store, platform, or payment provider rather than Autumn Games.
  • Diagnostic and performance information, including crash logs, error reports, diagnostics, and app-performance information.
  • General or approximate location information, such as country or region inferred from your IP address or device settings.
  • Information collected through cookies, software development kits (SDKs), and similar technologies.

Information We Receive From Other Sources

We may also receive information from other sources, including:

  • Information provided through third-party sign-in or account-linking services, including Google, Apple, Facebook, LINE, and Huawei, depending on the sign-in method you choose.
  • Information from app stores, platforms, and payment providers relating to installs, purchases, subscriptions, refunds, or transactions.
  • Information from analytics, advertising, attribution, and measurement providers.
  • Information used to prevent fraud, abuse, cheating, account compromise, refund abuse, and invalid advertising activity.

Google Account and Google API Data

If you choose Google sign-in, the Service receives a Google ID token to authenticate you. We use your Google account identifier and, if provided, your display name for account identification and account naming. We also validate token timing information. We do not extract or store your Google email address or profile picture as account fields.

We use this Google account information to authenticate you and link your game account. We retain it for as long as reasonably necessary to maintain that account relationship, subject to the retention and deletion provisions below.

We do not sell Google user data or transfer it to advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers. We do not use or transfer Google user data for targeted, personalized, interest-based, or retargeted advertising; to determine creditworthiness or for lending; or to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.

We disclose Google user data only as necessary to provide the account functionality you request, protect security, comply with law, or as otherwise permitted by the Google API Services User Data Policy. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with that policy, including its Limited Use requirements where applicable.

2. How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information for the following purposes:

  • Provide and operate the Service, create and maintain accounts, save progress, deliver game features, verify transactions, and provide products or services you request.
  • Personalize the player experience, including content, game features, and first-party offers.
  • Provide player support and communicate with you about your account, the Service, updates, security, and support matters.
  • Maintain safety and integrity, including moderation, fraud prevention, anti-cheat, account security, abuse prevention, and enforcement of our Terms of Service.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, test, and improve the Service, including game balance, performance, reliability, and player experience.
  • Send marketing communications where permitted and measure their effectiveness. You may opt out of promotional email as described below.
  • Provide, personalize, measure, and attribute advertising where permitted by law and consistent with your privacy choices. Google user data obtained through Google APIs is not used for these advertising purposes.
  • Comply with applicable law, enforce our agreements, establish or defend legal claims, and protect the rights, safety, and property of Autumn Games, our players, and others.

Legal Bases Where Required

Where applicable law requires us to identify a legal basis for processing, we rely on one or more of the following:

  • Performance of a contract or steps requested by you, when processing is necessary to provide the Service or features you request.
  • Our legitimate interests, such as operating and improving the Service, securing accounts, preventing fraud and abuse, understanding use of the Service, and communicating with players, where those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.
  • Your consent, where required, including for certain advertising, optional permissions, or other processing for which consent is the appropriate legal basis.
  • Compliance with legal obligations and the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

3. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information in the following circumstances:

  • Other players and users. Features of the Service may make your player name, profile information, in-game activity, leaderboard information, guild or social information, or content you choose to post visible to other users.
  • Service providers and contractors. We use vendors that help us host and operate the Service, provide support, process transactions, maintain security, analyze performance, deliver communications, conduct attribution, and provide other business services. They are permitted to process personal information only for the services they provide to us and subject to contractual restrictions where required.
  • Platforms, authentication providers, and payment providers. We may disclose information when necessary to operate the Service, process transactions, or provide account features. Sign-in providers include Google, Apple, Facebook, LINE, and Huawei. Aghanim operates the webstore accessed from the game and processes webstore payments and account-related transaction information under its privacy notice.
  • Analytics, advertising, attribution, and measurement partners. Subject to applicable law and your privacy choices, we may disclose information as described in the Advertising, Analytics, and U.S. State Privacy Disclosures section below.
  • Legal, safety, and enforcement. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process; investigate or prevent fraud, abuse, cheating, or security incidents; enforce our agreements; or protect the rights, safety, or property of Autumn Games, our players, or others.
  • Corporate transactions. Information may be disclosed in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to applicable legal requirements.
  • With your direction or consent. We may disclose information when you direct us to do so or otherwise provide consent.

4. Advertising, Analytics, and U.S. State Privacy Disclosures

We use Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics for analytics and crash reporting, Adjust for attribution and measurement, and AppLovin MAX for in-game ad mediation. Ad networks integrated through MAX include Google Ads or Google Ad Manager, Meta Audience Network, Vungle, BidMachine, Pangle, and Unity Ads. Availability depends on your platform and region. PubNub supports in-game chat, and Unity services support in-app purchases and local notifications.

We do not sell personal information for money. However, some disclosures of personal information to advertising or measurement partners may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or processing for "targeted advertising" under certain U.S. state privacy laws. Where those laws apply, you may opt out as described under Your Rights and Options.

Information used by analytics, attribution, or advertising services may include game account identifiers, gameplay and purchase events, advertising interactions, device and app information, IP address, crash diagnostics, and advertising identifiers where permitted. Firebase receives account identifiers and gameplay events; Adjust receives account identifiers and attribution or conversion events; MAX receives an internal account identifier and privacy-choice settings. Ad SDKs may also collect information directly from your device. These disclosures are distinct from Google sign-in data, which we do not use or transfer for targeted, personalized, interest-based, or retargeted advertising.

In the preceding 12 months, depending on the Service and your privacy choices, we have collected the categories of personal information described in this Privacy Policy, including identifiers, commercial or transaction information, internet or other electronic-network activity, approximate geolocation, communications or user-generated content, and inferences or preferences derived from activity. We have disclosed these categories to the recipient types described above for business purposes. We have also disclosed identifiers, commercial or transaction information, and internet or electronic-network activity to advertising or measurement partners in circumstances that may be considered a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable law.

Where we know a user is under 16, we do not sell or share that user’s personal information or use it for targeted advertising. We use sensitive personal information only for permitted purposes, such as providing and securing the Service, unless we provide additional notice and choices required by law.

5. International Data Transfers

The Service is global, and personal information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live. These countries may have data-protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction.

Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information, such as adequacy decisions, the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, UK-approved transfer mechanisms, or other lawful safeguards.

6. Your Rights and Options

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to or a copy of your personal information; request correction or deletion; request portability of certain information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; and opt out of certain disclosures considered a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable law. Where applicable, you may also have the right to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, appeal a decision we make regarding a privacy request, and use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests, and authorized agents may be required to provide proof of authority.

You may submit an access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, or other privacy request through our in-game support system or by emailing info@autumngames.com. You do not need to keep an active game account to email us. We respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any permitted extension or denial. Where an appeal right applies, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing info@autumngames.com with the subject “Privacy Appeal.” Our response will explain any further complaint options available under applicable law.

Website advertising choices. Use the “Your Privacy Choices” or “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” control on the relevant website to manage advertising-related disclosures. Where required by law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, for the browser or device and associated profiles, and for you when we can identify you. A browser signal may not automatically reach a separate mobile app or an unlinked device; you may also use the in-game controls or contact us to exercise your rights.

Advertising choices in the game. Go to Options → Support → Ad Settings to manage the “Personalized Ads” and “Sell My Data” settings. Turn off personalized advertising to opt out of ad personalization, and turn off the sale setting to opt out of disclosures treated as a sale or sharing under applicable law. You can also manage advertising permissions in your device or platform privacy settings. Opting out does not necessarily remove all advertising.

Marketing communications. You may opt out of promotional email by using the unsubscribe mechanism in those messages. You may continue to receive transactional, account, security, or service-related communications.

Complaints. If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that provides a right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority, you may contact the authority responsible for data protection in your jurisdiction.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our partners use cookies, SDKs, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies to provide and secure the Service, remember preferences, analyze use and performance, attribute installs and marketing, prevent fraud, and, where permitted, provide or measure advertising. Your browser, device, platform, or in-product settings may allow you to manage some of these technologies. Disabling certain technologies may affect Service functionality.

8. How We Protect Personal Information

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include access controls and encryption in transit where appropriate. No security measure or method of transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain account and gameplay information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the Service. We retain support communications, diagnostics, transaction records, and other information for periods based on their purpose, security needs, legal or accounting obligations, and applicable limitation periods. We do not retain personal information indefinitely merely because storage is available.

To request deletion in the game, go to Options → Support → Delete Account and complete the confirmation steps. You will be logged out and your account will be queued for deletion. Routine in-game account deletion is currently scheduled after a 60-day waiting period. Requests subject to applicable privacy-law deadlines are handled within those deadlines, including earlier deletion where required; the routine waiting period does not extend your legal rights. You may also request deletion through support or by emailing info@autumngames.com. We may retain limited information where necessary and legally permitted for security, fraud prevention, legal or accounting obligations, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our agreements, including records necessary to enforce permanent bans. We restrict such retained information to the applicable purpose.

10. Age Limits and Younger Players

The Service is intended for a general audience age 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. Children under 13 must not create an account or provide personal information through the Service. We do not offer a separate experience for children under 13.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps promptly to stop further collection and use and delete the information, except to the limited extent that retention is permitted or required by law.

If we learn that a user is under 16, we disable the sale or sharing of that user’s personal information and targeted advertising for that user. These protections apply even if the user has previously enabled advertising settings. We may apply additional age-related restrictions where required by law.

Parents or guardians who believe we may have collected personal information from a child in violation of applicable law may contact us at info@autumngames.com.

Additional jurisdiction-specific privacy notices may apply and will be provided where required by applicable law.
